Tariff: March to May & September to November

AU$120 double per night (minimum 2 nights),

AU$20 per night extra person.
AU$750 double per week AU$100 per week extra person.
Special Rates apply for Summer holiday periods (December - February)

Winter Rates: June, July, August
AU$110 double per night

Periods of one month or longer - rate negotiable on application
Children aged two years or younger are free of charge. Please request portacot and highchair at time of booking.

Bookings will be confirmed with the cost of one night's accommodation or 10% of total charges (whichever is the greater), payable by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) money order, personal or bank cheque. International visitors may also pay by bank draft in AU$.

Cancellation fee of $35.00 applies to all bookings. Cancellation penalty applies for cancellation within 30 days of arrival date. Penalty is 50% of the nightly rate.

THERE IS A SEVEN DAY MINIMUM OVER CHRISTMAS & THE FULL EASTER WEEKEND

Directions to Mole End Cottage from Fremantle: drive south down South Terrace for 2 kms. Turn left at the roundabout into Douro Road and Walker Street is the second road on your right. The cottage is painted bright yellow and is half way down the street on the left hand side. Unless a separate arrangement has been made, the key can be collected from next door, 22 Walker Street .
